"We don't need 24 councillors to make a decision on the transit system.
We don't need 24 councillors to deal with developers.
We don't need 24 councillors to deal with unions, keep taxes down, plan for the future, direct garbage and snow collection, and so on.
OVC wants Ottawa City Council reduced to 15 councillors, 4 board of control members, and a mayor.
This is enough to get decisions made. Local wards will increase by 50% in size, an effective size for local representation!"
